🚀 Our AI story started in 2022, the week ChatGPT appeared:
✦ 2022: the wow effect. Pictures, texts, a chat buddy for practicing English.
✦ 2023: it turned into a real tool. Formulas, budgets, structured goals and first paid results.
✦ 2024: a personal assistant. Research, planning, travel, faster decisions.
✦ 2025: Something shifted for real.
Things that used to need a programmer, like writing a plugin for Revit, we now do ourselves.
Research that took a working day takes ten minutes.
Automation that took four hours takes one.
💡 But the main insight is not about technology at all. It is about not being afraid to feel like a student every single day. Learning speed has become a competitive advantage, and the gap between people who use AI and people who wait grows every month.
🎓 PlanUp started with a question we kept hearing from colleagues: how are you doing all this? So we began showing. First informal walkthroughs, then structured lessons. Today PlanUp is two things under one roof: training that teaches AEC professionals to work with AI, and a studio that builds workflow solutions for companies struggling with the same problems I spent 20 years solving by hand.
